It is so easy to become mired down in the what if’s. What if this pandemic doesn’t end soon? What if we don’t get to see both family and friends soon? What if life will never be what it was? Those answers and possibilities are simply unknown. The present moment can provide us with all the hope we need if we can pull ourselves away from the fear of the unknown and find faith in what is and what has preceded us in life.

“Flowers, more fleeting, more ethereal, and more delicate than the plants out of which they emerged, would become like messengers from another realm, like a bridge between the world of physical forms and the formless.”

Eckhart Tolle in A New Earth
